I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, very close to Saitama Super Arena for events, and just a stone's throw away from Omiya train station. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, it can be challenging to make everything perfect. The Sicilian products in the dining experience were a delightful touch.
